Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation policy for bad weather: The captain can make final decisions until 24 hours before the start of the trip.

For Trips and Cruises: 

  • A customer has 48 Hours prior to trip date to cancel reservation, otherwise the customer’s Credit Card will be charged 100% of the trip cost.
  • Payment is required in full at the start of the trip
  • Tips and gratuities not included

NOTE: The Captain may prorate the price of the trip if inclement weather arises. This is fully at the Captain’s discretion. The Captain can cancel the trip at any time while underway if inappropriate or unsafe actions are taken by guests. If guests are intoxicated the Captain reserves the right to refuse boarding to that guest. No trips can be requested for any political driven purpose i.e. protests, events, parades, rallies, etc…

NO REFUNDS PROVIDED ONCE CUSTOMER BOARDS THE BOAT.

ALL NO SHOWS ON THE DAY OF TRIP WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF TRIP OR BOOKING.
